The Baseball Hall of Fame – Cooperstown, New York

CooperstownI love baseball and you may have seen some of my posts about MLB ballparks, including my favorite Angels Stadium. As a huge fan, it has always been a dream to get to see the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. in October of 2015, my dream came true! We had a great time there and I will never forget our trip. Washington Monument, D.C. – The World’s Tallest Obelisk

Washington Monument 1On a trip to Maryland in October 2000, we decided to spend a few days and explore our National Capitol. It was an incredible experience. The city was so alive and you could feel it in the air. There were quite a few things that impressed me, especially the National Archives. However,  we also had a great time exploring the magnificent Washington Monument. I had seen so many images of it, and was happy to finally see it in person.
